Meet Audra

Audra became part of the Santa Barbara community two years ago after moving cross country from Virginia Beach.

A long time movement practitioner, Audra trains and teaches tai chi, yoga, multiple martial arts, and strength training. She also leads guided mindfulness practices including meditation and VA approved relaxation therapy.

Audra specializes in working with adults who are just starting out on their wellness journey, and those with physical limitations who need help finding the practices that are right for them.

Group Class Schedule

In addition to private sessions, Audra offers weekly drop in tai chi flow classes around Santa Barbara. These classes are open to all - donations are requested but not required!
